+ What are the benfits of buying my season pass during the early bird sale?

The price offered during the arly bird sale will be the lowest price offered for 2025/26 season passes.

If you don't have a 2024/25 season pass, you can ski from Wednesday March 5 until Sunday March 16, 2024, for FREE, if you purchase an "Anytime" or "Family" 2025/26 season pass. Please note that March Break hours and terrain availability are subject to change due to weather impacts.

+ How can I buy my early bird season pass?

You can purchase your early bird season pass online anytime during the sale.

If you prefer to purchase your season pass in person, you can do so at the Chalet at Guest Services. Guest Services will be open for season pass purchases during our regular hours of operation. Our hours of operation can be found on the calendar at bottom of our homepage HERE. Please check our Social Media posts or homepage prior to coming to the hill to make sure there has not been any last minute changes to our hours of operation.

+ What are the different types of season passes?

ANYTIME - Gives you access to Batawa Ski Hill from opening day 2025 to closing day 2026, day or night. No blackout periods.

NIGHT - Gives you access to Batawa Ski Hill on Wednesday to Saturday nights from 5pm – 9pm on evenings that we are open, for the 2025/26 season. Plus BONUS nights during holiday hours.

MIDWEEK - Gives you access to Batawa Ski Hill Wednesday to Friday from 1pm – 5pm, for the 2025/26 season. Plus BONUS days during holiday hours.

TINY TYKE - Gives Children 6 and under access to Batawa Ski Hill lifts during open hours all year long, for the 2025/26 season. Day and Night. No blackout periods.

FAMILY SEASON PASS - Gives your family of four access to Batawa Ski Hill lifts during open hours all year long, for the 2025/26 season. Day and Night. No blackout periods.

CORPORATE - Our Early Bird Corporate Pass will not be available during the Early Bird Sale.

+ Is there a Military discount on early bird season passes?

Yes. You will see the military discount option in the online store.

+ When can I pick up my pass?

You will be able to pick up your season pass starting in December 2025. Stay tuned to our social media (Facebook and Instagram) or join our newsletter (in the footer of our website) for updates.

+ How do I ski for free Between March 6th-17th,2024?

You must buy an "Anytime" or "Family" 2025/26 season pass during the Early Bird Sale.

If you haven't already signed a 2024/25 Season Pass Waiver, you will need to complete the waiver HERE.

Come to Guest Services when you want to ski (during our hours of operation). You will be will provide with a lift ticket. Time blocks do not apply. You can come and go as you please.

You will be asked to show your proof of purchase(email)and applicable ID.

+ What is your season pass refund policy?

Our current season pass refund policy can be found HERE.

+ Does skiing for free over the 2024 March Break affect the refund policy?

Yes. Skiing for free during the March Break using a 2025/26 "Anytime" or "Family" early bird season pass will reduce the refundable value of the season pass, equivalent to the cost of a lift ticket x number of times you accessed the hill. For example: an adult purchases an early bird "Anytime" season pass, and skis twice (for free) during the March Break. Should they chose to refund their season pass they are entitled to a refund of their purchase price, less 5% admin fee, less the cost of two adult lift tickets.
