+ Where and when can I buy my Season Pass?

You can buy your Season Pass online between Oct.1 - Oct.31. In person purchases can be made at the Batawa Chalet between Oct. 1 - Oct. 31; or over the phone (613-398-6568 ext.200) Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am - 5pm.

+ Are there any blackout periods for Season Pass Holders?

No. Batawa does not blackout season pass access during peak holidays.

+ Is Season Pass availability unlimited?

No. In an effort to keep lift line wait times to a minimum there is a cap on how many season passes we sell.

+ What should I consider when choosing what TYPE of pass to buy (full, weekday or night)?

An Anytime Pass gives you access to the hill any time we are open. There are no blackout periods.

A Mid-Week Pass gives you access during our regular weekday hours; Wednesday-Friday, 1pm-5pm, plus additional days 9am-5pm during holiday extended hours.

A Night Pass gives you access to the hill during our regular evening hours; Wednesday-Saturday, 5pm-9pm plus additional evenings 5pm-9pm during holiday extended hours. Starting March 11th until closing day, Night Season Pass holders also get access to the hill 9am-5pm (closed evenings March 11 until closing day).

+ I want to enroll my child in Snow School but would like to know the schedule prior to buying a pass.

Group program schedules are now avaiable on our website. The Ski and Snowboard school Early Bird Sale will being mid-October.

+ Are Season Pass holders limited to 4-hour time blocks like lift tickets are?

No. One of the perks to having a Season Pass is being able to come and go as you please within the limits of the “type” of pass you have (full, night, weekday).

+ Who qualifies as the "Adults" when purchasing a Family Pass?

Parents or Grandparents of the children qualify for the 2 adult passes provided in a family pass. ie: You might have 2 kids, one parents and one grand parent that make up your family pass.

+ Is buying a Family Pass worth it if one or both of my kids are Tykes (6 and under)

No. It's more affordable to buy individual anytime season passes. The family pass offers a discount only when compared to purchasing two adult and two youth anytime season passes.

+ What are the requirements for the Student Pass rate?

Students must show a valid post-secondary Student ID when picking up their Season Pass.

+ Is there a Military discount?

Yes. Value-priced season passes are available for military members to purchase on-line or in-person for active or retired military members and their immediate family only.

When purchasing online be sure to choose the “Military Pass Options” and products marked as “Military”

Military discount only applies to children if their parent (not grandparent) is military.

A valid Military I.D. must also be provided upon pass pick-up.

If a valid I.D. cannot be provided, or the pass is not for an immediate family member as described above, the pass will be refunded. Any repurchase will be at the regular rate.

+ My father would like to buy my kids season passes for Christmas. He is in the Military. Can he get a Military discount if he buys passes for his grand children?

No. The Military discount only applies to children if their parent (not grandparent) is military.

+ What is the resort fee on my season pass invoice?

The Resort Fee is the 5% that we would hold onto, to cover administration costs, should you choose to refund your pass. Historically, it was rolled into the price but several years ago we separated it out for ease of accounting and transparency. The 5% fee is indicated in the Season Pass Refunds section of our Pass Policy.

+ What is your Season Pass refund policy?

You will be automatically prompted to read our Season Pass Policy when you go to purchase your pass/lift ticket. Or you can find it HERE.

+ Do I have to buy additional Season Pass Insurance to access your refund options?

No. Batawa does not require that you purchase additional insurance to protect your purchase.
