Batawa Ski Hill works hard to provide fun and safe winter recreational experiences for families and individuals from the Quinte area and beyond. Our winter staff team is comprised of individuals who are hardworking, people-oriented, safe and professional. Because of the lasting impact of the services and experiences we facilitate, we aim to hire a squad of individuals who can actively contribute to providing our guests with safe and memorable experiences year after year.
Our staff team is the heart and soul of our operations. Our aim is to fully support the success of each of our employees through quality and extensive: training, health and safety measures, and mentorship for growth. This season we are looking for individuals who:
Are eager to be a helping hand to our ski and snowboard community
Have good communication skills to assist our guests and make their Batawa Ski Hill experience great, even in the “new normal”
Will notice a problem and take action to help solve it
Can put on a smile if frustrations get high
Will be understanding and committed to our COVID-19 policies and procedures
Can commit to a consistent schedule for the entirety of the winter season
Like to have fun at work and make it fun for other staff and guests
