Batawa Summer Adventure Camps are designed to bring the traditional camp vibe to the day camp setting with emphasis on adventure activities, character building, and nature connection.
CAMP BATAWA FAQS
+ When does registration open?
Early Bird registration opens on Wednesday February 18 at 7:00pm. Registration remains open until the programs are full. Follow our social channels (@batawaskihill on Facebook & Instagram) for updates.
+ Will you be open July 1st Canada Day?
Yes. We will be open Canada day, making week 1 (june 29 - July 3) a full 5-day camp week.
+ Are bikes required?
No. Bikes are not required to attend Camp Batawa. We offer a wide range of activities, and campers can fully participate without biking.
+ Does camp provide bikes?
No. Camp does not provide bikes.
+ My child still uses training wheels, is that ok?
Yes. Lots of campers come with training wheels. We will even work with your child if they feel like they are ready to try without them.
+ Can my camper be with their friend?
You may request one friend during camp registration. We do our best to accommodate requests within the same age group, but placement is not guaranteed.

+ What is the minimum age for summer camp?
Campers must be turning 5 years old in the 2026 calendar year (born in 2021).
+ What if camp registration is full?
if a week is full, you can still complete registration and your camper will be added to the waitlist. We do our best to move campers off the waitlist when space allows, but placement is not guaranteed.
+ Can I add lunch and extended care later?
Yes. Simply log into your account. Select "View Details" under Summer 2026. Then select the "Add People, Sessions or Options" button of your camper summary.
