Operations Update – Bambi (beginner hill) Handle Tow Saturday January 31, 4:15pm

Our Bambi (beginner hill) handle tow is currently out of service due to a mechanical issue. We are always closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and we will provide a further update prior to our reopening on Wednesday.

In the meantime, here’s what guests should know:

Beginner Guests
The Bambi slope remains open and accessible by foot.

• Parents and guardians are welcome to walk their child up the slope and assist them as needed

• A Bambi lift ticket is still required, but will be provided at no cost

• Complimentary Bambi tickets will be available at the ticket window only (not available online)

Snow School Programs
All Snow School multi-week programs and private or semi-private lessons will continue as scheduled. If any adjustments are required, families will be contacted directly by our Snow School Coordinator.

First Timers Experiences
If you have a First Timers Experience booked for Sunday Feb. 1, Snow School has already contacted you by phone.

About the Repair
The gearbox that failed was installed ahead of this season as part of our regular maintenance and preparation, inspected and passed by the TSSA. Due to the age of the handle tow system, parts are not readily available, and our team is working with suppliers to identify the best repair solution.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Clear communication is our top priority, and we’ll share updates as soon as we have more information.

Weekday Savings
Enjoy weekday daytime skiing and riding for less!
Lift tickets (Wednesday - Friday, 1:00 - 5:00pm time block) are only $40 + HST online in advance, or $45 + HST at the window.

We strongly recommend checking here or on our social media channels prior to heading to the hill, in case any last-minute updates or alerts have been shared.

Lift Tickets
Lift tickets are available online. Be sure to book in advance to save.
Lift tickets are available for pre-set 4-hour time blocks.

Trail & Terrain Park Status
Trail status can be found above. Terrain Park hours can be found HERE.

Rentals
Rentals can be purchased online in advance. Please complete your waivers online ahead of time to speed up the process. We recommend arriving 45–60 minutes before your lift ticket time block.

Lessons
First Timer Experiences and Lessons are available for online purchase.
