SEASON PASS FAQS
+ Where and when can I buy my Season Pass during the October Sale?
You can buy your Season Pass online between Oct.1 - Oct.31. In person purchases can be made at the Batawa Chalet between Oct. 1 - Oct. 31; or over the phone (613-398-6568 ext.200) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am - 4pm.
+ Where and when can I buy my Season Pass after the October Sale?
You can purchase your season pass online any time or at the Chalet during our regular hours of operation. We strongly recommned purchasing online if possible.
+ What ages qualify for Tyke, Youth and Senior Rates?
Tyke: 6 or under at the time of purchase
Youth: 7-17
Senior: 65+
Student: Must show proof of post secondary school enrolment at pass pick-up
+ What should I consider when choosing what TYPE of pass to buy: full, weekday or night?
An Anytime Pass (including Family Pass and Corporate Pass) gives you access to the hill any time we are open. There are no blackout periods.
A Midweek Pass gives you access during our regular weekday hours; Wednesday-Friday, 1pm-5pm, plus additional days 9am-5pm during holiday extended hours.
A Night Pass gives you access to the hill during our regular evening hours; Wednesday-Saturday, 5pm-9pm plus additional evenings 5pm-9pm during holiday extended hours. Night skiing begins Saturday December 26 and ends Saturday March 6, 2027.

+ Who can be included on a Family Pass?
Our Family Pass is designed to make skiing and riding together more affordable. A Family Pass includes up to four people, with a minimum of one Adult and a maximum of two Adults. The remaining passholders may be Youth, Student, or Senior.
+ We have more than four people. Can additional family members be included?
Yes! Additional Youth, Student, or Senior passholders can be added to the Family Pass for $250 each (maximum 2).
+ Can I add another family member to my Family Pass after purchasing it?
Additional passholders must be included at the time of the original Family Pass purchase. Family Passes cannot normally be expanded after purchase. In exceptional circumstances, Guest Services may approve the addition of an immediate family member who is a Youth or Student dependent and meets the Family Pass requirements.
+ Do we need to provide proof of relationship?
No. Passholders do not need to provide proof of relationship. All passholders must meet the applicable age or category requirements and be registered together as part of the Family Pass at the time of purchase.
+ Are there any blackout periods for Season Pass Holders?
No. Batawa does not blackout season pass access during peak holidays.
+ Should I buy a Season Pass or just individual lift tickets?
It depends on how often you plan to ski or snowboard at Batawa Ski Hill. Every family is different, so we recommend comparing the Season Pass price with the cost of individual lift tickets based on how many days you expect to visit.
2026/27 Lift ticket pricing:
Tyke, ages 6 and under $11.00 (full day)
Adult $54.00 (4-hr ticket)
Youth/Student/Senior $49.00 (4-hr ticket)
+ I want to enroll my child in Snow School but would like to know the schedule prior to buying a pass.
Group program schedules are now avaiable on our website. The Ski and Snowboard school Early Bird Sale will being mid-October.
+ Is there a Military discount?
Yes. Value-priced season passes are available for military members to purchase on-line or in-person for active or retired military members and their immediate family only.
When purchasing online be sure to choose the “Military Pass Options” and products marked as “Military”
Military discount only applies to children if their parent (not grandparent) is military.
A valid NDI (not just a CF1 card) or Veterans Service Card must be provided upon pass pick-up to qualify for the Military Discount.
If a valid I.D. cannot be provided, or the pass is not for an immediate family member as described above, the pass will be refunded. Any repurchase will be at the regular rate.
+ My father would like to buy my kids season passes for Christmas. He is in the Military. Can he get a Military discount if he buys passes for his grand children?
No. The Military discount only applies to children if their parent (not grandparent) is military.
+ What is the resort fee on my season pass invoice?
The Resort Fee is the 5% that we would hold onto, to cover administration costs, should you choose to refund your pass. Historically, it was rolled into the price but several years ago we separated it out for ease of accounting and transparency. The 5% fee is indicated in the Season Pass Refunds section of our Pass Policy.
+ What is your Season Pass refund policy?
You will be automatically prompted to read our Season Pass Policy when you go to purchase your pass/lift ticket. Or you can find it HERE.
+ Is Season Pass availability unlimited?
No. To ensure the best possible guest experience, we’ve placed a cap on the number of season passes available. The Season Pass Sale runs from October 1-31, or until we reach our limit.
+ Do I have to buy additional Season Pass Insurance to access your refund options?
No. Batawa does not require that you purchase additional insurance to protect your purchase.
