Ready for the next step? The Second Timers Experience is designed for guests who have completed our First Timers Experience, or beginner skiers and snowboarders who can stop and turn in both directions.

Our certified instructors will help you refine your skills, build independence, and gain confidence on the chairlift and gentle terrain as you continue your skiing or snowboarding journey.

Please note: The minimum age for the Second Timers Experience is 7 years old, with no exceptions. We receive a high volume of inquiries, so we’re unable to respond individually to questions about this age requirement. We appreciate your understanding.

Second Timer Experiences can be booked online up to 3 hours prior to start time

What’s Included

  • A 90‑minute beginner group lesson tailored to progressing your skills

  • Full 4‑hour lift ticket (so you can ride the chairlift and explore the beginners’ terrain)

  • Rental equipment included (skis or snowboard, boots, helmet)

Schedule

  • Skiing: Saturday - arrival time 8:15 AM, lesson starts promptly at 9AM

  • Snowboarding: Sunday - arrival time 8:15 AM, lesson starts promptly at 9AM

  • FAMILY DAY Monday Feb. 16 Skiing only - arrival time 8:15 AM, lesson starts promptly at 9AM

+ Why can't children under 7 years of age participate?

Beginner skiers and snowboarders under 7 typically require additional hands-on support and individualized attention that we are not able to provide within the group format of this specific program. We do offer dedicated group programs for children under 7 that include assistant instructors assigned to each group or private lessons, that provide on-one-one support.

+ Do I need to have taken a First Timers lesson?

Yes. This program is designed as a follow-up to the First Timer Experience. It builds on those fundamentals and intorduces new skills.

+ Is the equipment and lift ticket included?

Yes. Your full lift ticket and rental gear are included with the experience.

+ What skill level should I have?

You should be comfortable stopping and making basic directional changes, but not yet confident linking turns or using the chairlift independently.

+ Will you teach charilift skills?

Yes. A key focus is gaining confidence riding the chairlift safely and idependently.

+ Is this available for both skiing and snowboarding?

Yes. Skiing is avaiable on Saturday morning and Snowboarding on Sunday morning.

+ What terrain will we be on?

You'll work on gentle beginner terrain with the goal being to use the chairlift during your session.

+ What time do I need to arrive?

You are to be at equipment rentals at 8:15. This will allow you enought time to get your lift ticket and rentals before your lesson starts at 9am sharp.

+ When does online registration close?

Online registration closes 12 hours before the scheduled arrival time. Be sure to register online in advance, walk-ups can't always be accommodated.

+ Can I refund or transfer my Second Timers Experience?

First Timer Experiences are non-refundable. Transfers within the current ski season are permitted when requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Please read the full policy HERE.
