+ Are lift tickets sold for specific time blocks?

Yes, lift tickets are sold for 4-hour time blocks with set start and end times. The only exception is the Bambi (beginner hill) lift ticket, which is not restricted to time blocks. Click HERE to read our official statement about 4-hour time blocks.

+ What are the time blocks?

Wednesday - Friday: 1pm - 5pm, 5pm - 9pm

Saturday: 9am - 1pm, 1pm - 5pm, 5pm - 9pm

Sunday: 9am - 1pm, 1pm - 5pm (no night skiing on Sundays)

Monday & Tuesday: CLOSED

+ What if I want to ski for more than 4 hours?

You will need to buy a lift ticket for 2 consecutive time blocks. Or you may want to consider buying a Season Pass.

+ Is there a cap on how many lift tickets are sold per time block?

Yes. Lift ticket sales are controlled for capacity controls measures and may sell out in advance.

+ Can I get a refund on my lift ticket purchased online?

No. Lift tickets are non-refunable. Our online lift ticket price is a discounted rate. Purchasing online in advance secures your spot for the date and time purchased.

+ Do I have to buy my lift ticket online in advance?

No. Walk-up tickets are available. However, if we have reached our capacity, tickets cannot be sold at the window. Please be advised that most weekend are selling out and we strongly advise purchasing online in advance. Walk-up tickets are sold at our regular rate (discount only applies to online purchases).
