+ Who is eligible to use my Corporate Season Pass?

Your Corporate Season Pass is exclusively available for use by the business owner(s)and designated employees.

+ Can multiple individuals use the Corporate Pass simultaneously?

Each Corporate Pass is designated for use by one employee or owner at a time. However, if you require access for multiple individuals simultaneously, you have the option to purchase additional Corporate Passes corresponding to the number of individuals requiring access.

+ Who is responsible for scheduling the use of our Corporate Pass?

You have the flexibility to appoint anyone from your business to manage the scheduling of the Corporate Pass. Whether you prefer a reward-based system or a first-come, first-served sign-up approach, the choice is entirely yours.

+ Are Corporate Pass holders limited to specific time blocks or days/times of the week?

No, Corporate Pass holders enjoy flexible access and can visit at any time during our operating hours. Unlike Lift Ticket holders, they are not restricted to designated time blocks.

+ Will each of my employees receive their own physical pass?

No, a physical pass featuring your company logo will be securely kept at Batawa Guest Services. Employees are required to sign out the pass upon arrival and return it to Guest Services before departing. This streamlined process ensures seamless handover between your employees.

+ How do I redeem the 50% Equipment Rental Discount?

After purchasing your Corporate Partnership Program, you will receive access to an online account. Within this account, you will be provided with a unique digital coupon code. You or your staff can use this code when placing rental orders online before their visit. Completing the rental purchase, waiver, and rental information form online ensures a smooth process at our rental shop when you arrive at the hill.

+ Are there any blackout dates for the 50% discount off equipment rentals?

Yes, there are blackout dates. The 50% discount is not applicable to rentals over the Family Day long weekend, which includes the Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday Monday annually.

+ What do I/my employees need to access the pass?

When you purchase your partnership package we will create an online account for your business. You(or someone you appoint) will manage that account. The account manager will add employee names to the account. Anyone with access to the corporate pass must complete a waiver online prior to their visit (one waiver per year). If they forget to complete the waiver beforehand, they can do so from their mobile device at the hill. You/your employee will sign out the corporate pass from our Lift Ticket window. Then you will be guided through the rental process if you require equipment.

For employees under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf to access the corporate pass.
