All information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the Park Pass program. Other resorts may accept your Park Pass for entrance into their restricted parks. By using your Pass at another resort, you agree that Batawa Ski Hill may share your Park Pass specific information for documentation purposes.
Failure to follow the rules of the Alpine Responsibility Code and/or the Terrain Park Rules will result in the removal of your Park Pass, Lift pass and the privileges of each for four days following the infraction.
Freestyle Terrain may contain jumps, hits, ramps, embankments, fun boxes, jibs, rails, half pipes, quarter pipes, snow cross, freestyle bump terrain and other constructed or natural terrain features. Freestyle skill involves maintaining control on the ground and in the air. Prior to using Freestyle Terrain, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with all instructions and warnings and to follow the Alpine Responsibility Code.
Freestyle Terrain use, like all skiing and snowboarding, exposes you to the risk of serious injury.
When using the freestyle terrain, you assume the risk of any injury that may occur. The ski area operator's liability for all injury or loss is excluded by the terms and conditions on your ticket or season pass release of liability.
The Freestyle Terrain sign provides basic information to all users entering and/or using Terrain Park facilities. This sign contains important safety points and liability information.
For your own safety and enjoyment and the safety and enjoyment of other Terrain Park users, follow the rules outlined on this sign.
Freestyle Terrain has four levels of progression and designation for size. Start small and work your way up. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the terrain before attempting any of the features.

The Freestyle Terrain Park sign outlines each level so you will understand the rating of the Park you are about to enter and determine if you should even be in the area. The uneducated park user puts themselves and others at risk.
Batawa Ski Hill uses the Terrain Park Rating System. Please take the time to review the symbols and ensure you understand them.
Rails and Jibs are a non snow surface, therefore equipment damage can occur. Batawa Ski Hill is not responsible for any equipment damage and recommends inspecting rails and jibs before use. If you encounter a damaged rail please report it to park staff immediately
Inverted aerial manoeuvres substantially increase the risk of serious injury and are not recommended
Helmets are recommended while riding in all freestyle terrain
There are elements of risk that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Regardless of how you decide to use that slopes, always show courtesy to others. Please adhere to the code listed below and share with others the responsibility for a safe outdoor experience.
